INTERVENTIONS
On the Trails of ORI – October 4th to 7th, 2025
Between October 4th and 7th, 2025, the ORÍ Group promoted the event “On the Trails of ORÍ – a moment of recognition and sharing between groups and territories,” bringing together researchers, representatives of mental health services, community leaders, students, and residents of quilombola communities in Bahia for an immersion of exchanges and learning, which allowed for discussions on racism, social inequality, and mental health. The event’s activities took place in the quilombola communities of Rio dos Macacos and Engenho da Ponte, and also included visits to SMURB and the Instituto Viva Infância.
